The philosophy of Spiral Scouts™ is based on children and parents working together on enriching activities based on our own religious paradigm, the ethics of personal and global responsibility, ecological principles and protection of our environment and planet.

Our philosophy also encompasses the idea of preparing our children to know themselves; to become introspective; to honor and respect others who may be different; to teach them the life skills so necessary to maintain stable lives and lasting relationships.

Spiral Scouts™ activities includes teaching about all the world's cultures, its many mythologies, and about the diversity of faiths, ancient and modern.

Currently, Spiral Scouts International serves youth in 20 US States and several provinces in Canada. Our program is experiencing explosive growth as families look for alternatives to traditional outdoor youth group programs.

Donations make supplies and field trips possible!

Thanks to all the parents, volunteers and folks from Chalice Well Fellowship who continue to supply us with ‘clean’ and empty deposit soda cans. We return them for recycling and the money we receive goes in the treasury for neat craft materials and field trips like the one to the Berkshire Museum. Thank you and please keep ‘um coming!

Your Kind Attention Please... Future Goal for the Crescents #167 The Crescents #167 Chapter of Spiral Scouts International, sponsored by Chalice Well Fellowship Temple and lead by Amanda from 2008 - 2009, has reached the next phase of its development. Given the time and effort involved, Amanda is looking for other parents to take up the torch to guide the Crescents #167 into the future. Chalice Well Fellowship is willing to remain the Crescents' sponsor by focusing on a new meeting place for future activities that could allow them to grow. A community center able to meet the needs and safety of children and their families is our goal. Beltane Hill, provided by Azure Green, is such a community center. When the finishing touches are complete it is our hope that the Crescents #167 will have a new home for their monthly activities and meetings. Beltane Hill can easily allow both inside and outside activities with more than enough space for all projects the Crescents #167 has come to enjoy and wish to explore in the future. Parents interested in brainstorming and becoming directly involved are asked to contact Chalice Well Fellowship Temple for more information. 'The Crescents #167' celebrate their 'Moving Up Ceremony'.
